Since MetroLink opened in 1993, millions of riders have enjoyed the choice of transportation and ridership projections have been exceeded from day one. 2008 estimates are predicting ridership upwards of 59 million.

A commuter who switches from driving along to transit saves $2000 per year. A commuter who gets rid of one car saves about $7000 per year.

MetroLink cars release zero pounds of emissions each year, and public transit usage in the U.S. saves 4 million gallons of gas per day!
